- Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping time
- Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days nationwide.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or remote locations.
Shipping charges
- Standard nationwide shipping fee: PKR 250 per order.
- Promotional free shipping offers may be introduced from time to time.
Order tracking
Customers will receive shipment updates once the order has been dispatched.
