Refund Policy

Buddy Kidz operates a no-refund policy under normal circumstances. In select cases — where an item can't be replaced or an order can't be fulfilled — an approved refund is processed through the original payment method.

Buddy Kidz does not offer refunds under normal circumstances.

In cases where a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or exchange after verification.

When refunds are considered

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The ordered item is unavailable and cannot be replaced.
  • Buddy Kidz is unable to fulfill the order.

Refund processing

Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
